I love a great Smithfield tenderloin on the grill!! Add just a little salt and that is it.
Dry brine the pork (salt all over) and let rest for over an hour on open wire rack. Heap coals on one side of the charcoal grate to create hot and cool area. Sear over high heat, both sides. Then move to cool side of grill and cover for 10 - 15 minutes to get extra juicy.
Chops with garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Easy and yummy.
A bit of lime, chipotle pepper in red sauce, a drop of spicy mustard, salt, pepper and a spoon full of honey. Mix it up while your chops are pre-cooking on the grill. Flip once and baste with your sauce. 2 minutes, flip again and check for safe temperature and great grill marks. Great served alone or in sliced in tortillas.
I love to wrap Smithfield Bacon around most everything I grill. Bacon makes everything taste much better.
I Marinate the pork in olive oil, fresh chopped garlic and chopped ginger for 1 hour. Grill the pork until medium or medium well. Remove from grill and brush with sauce (1/2 cup hoisin, 1/2 cup spicy sweet & sour sauce, and 2-3 Tbsp Sriracha). Serve with rice and vegetables.
Simple Grilled Pork Chops topped with honey barbecue sauce. This would go great with a baked potato on the side as well. Yum!
I love pork chops on the grill. Cooked well done, then put on BBQ sauce and burn a little blush delicious!
Start with Smithfield All Natural Bone-in chops. Generously coat with your favorite spice, I like to use salt, garlic & onion power & fresh black pepper. Place them on a hot grill, turning after a few minutes. Lower heat and continue cooking until done. Do not over cook!
